Typically, we don't take breaks during your event. Our goal is to keep the music going and the dance floor active throughout the event's duration.

We have backup DJs available in case of unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we will make sure your event runs smoothly with a qualified replacement.

It's best to book your DJ service as early as possible, especially for popular dates. We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for weddings and large events.

Our pricing structure is a fixed fee service. We offer a la carte enhancements or bundle discounts when you book two or more enhancements.

Yes, we require a 10% deposit to secure your date. All requested dates are tentative until contracts have been signed and a booking deposit received. Phone, Virtual or face-to-face consultations alone do not guarantee your preferred date.

We provide a clear breakdown of all fees in our contract. Travel expenses may be incurred for distant events, this would be discussed at time of booking. Time and a half loading will be applied if you wish to extend the DJ service beyond the pre-booked hours, paid in cash prior to the commencement of the additional time.

Yes! In fact we prefer it that way! As an end to end service, you will work directly with your DJ from initial inquiry through to post-event follow up! This includes at least one face-to-face (or virtual where impractical) consultation with your DJ before the event to discuss details, preferences, and any special requests. As well as unlimited communication directly with your DJ throughout your planning journey.

Our cancellation policy will be outlined in the contract. Generally, cancellations made well in advance may result in a partial refund of the deposit, while last-minute cancellations may incur additional fees.

Yes, we carry public liability insurance to ensure both your and our peace of mind during the event.

No! We typically book no more than two weddings per week, and scarcely book additional other events. This is by design you see, because we want to be on top of our game and be able to give our full attention to YOU and making your special event perfect.
